Full Warranty Terms

Warranty Coverage

Strange Science Instruments (“the Company”) warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase by the end user (“Warranty Period”). During the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective components at no charge for parts or labor.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Damage caused by liquid spills or physical impact

• Unauthorized modification or alteration of the product

• Repairs performed by anyone other than the Company or an authorized service center

• Cosmetic damage, including scratches and dents

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the documentation

Obtaining Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, contact us at support@strangesci.com during the Warranty Period. You must provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. The Company will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number where applicable. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STRANGE SCIENCE INSTRUMENTS DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL STRANGE SCIENCE INSTRUMENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT.

State and Jurisdictional Variations

Some states and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Statutory Rights

This commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable law. Consumers in the European Union are entitled to a minimum two-year legal guarantee under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
